I started my career in the financial services industry 16 years ago now, starting out with Bradford and Bingley before it was taken over by Santander
I have always had great job satisfaction in both helping my customers save themselves money and helping them reach their financial goals, being able to channel that through mortgage and protection advice (which is normally the biggest financial decision and commitment you will ever have) is a great feeling!
My customers often tell me that I make what can feel like a complicated, formal process, warm, friendly and human which is what I pride myself on.
I live in Hertfordshire with my husband and 2 year old son. When I’m not working you’ll find me spending time with my family. I would say my hobby is ‘holidaying’ as soon as I’m back I’m planning the next one!
